Visitors to our website www.wixify.in are presumed to have read our privacy policy and terms & conditions of usage of our website and have explicitly given their consent of having understood and accepted it.

Website Development Payment Obligations:  A down payment is required to begin development of your website. This is usually 50% of the standard design fee, unless an alternative contract or proposal specifies a different amount. The outstanding balance on your website is due after the design, navigation and pages have been approved and built. Final payment is due regardless of whether all content for the pages has been sent by the client. This provision is in place to encourage the client to get content submitted promptly so that their site can go live. It also ensures that Wixify gets paid for performing their duty under the proposal, despite tardy content from the client. After payment, Wixify will still post outstanding content AT NO CHARGE for a period as stated in the chosen payment plan. In the event an “under construction” page is posted due to missing content, Wixify will post ONE copy of any text/pictures on existing pages only, for a period as stated in the chosen payment plan after publish date. After the said period have expired, content posted to site will be billable at our current standard rate. If design and navigation changes are requested by client after they have been specifically approved by the client, these changes will be billable at our current standard rate.

In case of orders confirmed under special offer/discounted pricing model full 100% payment has to be made upfront on placing the order.

Website Development Cancellation: If site design and development work has already begun (such as creating a design concept), then the down payment is non-refundable. Wixify may elect at its sole discretion to offer a partial refund depending upon the circumstances.

Stock Photography Payment Obligations: Stock photography includes most photos and/or images not provided by the client. Stock photography purchased on behalf of client for use in website development is billable at Rs.100/- per photo. This amount is separate from the amount quoted for website design and development. We will solicit client approval and communicate the cost to purchase photos before purchasing. Wixify may elect at its sole discretion to offer free stock photos.

Description of Ongoing Costs: There are 4 types of ongoing costs: domain registration/renewal, hosting, SSL certificate and Email.

Domain name registration/renewal: This cost recurs annually. Domain name registration gives you exclusive rights to a certain name, such as www.mygroup.org, so that you can use it for your web-based purposes. You are NOT required to register a domain through us, but we strongly PREFER that you do. Many services are not honest in the way they sell names and we spend a lot of time helping people re-secure rights to the name they thought they had already purchased. If you have registered your own name, make sure you have yourself as the Registrant and Administrative Contact with a current, easily accessible email address. This will help to ensure that your domain can be renewed or transferred should the need arise. Domain name registration fees are not refundable. All Wixify payment plans include the domain registration fee for a period of one year. Thereafter if a Maintenance plan is included then the domain registration fee for the next one year period will be waived else domain registration fee will be billable at our current standard rate.

If you provide your own Domain, there will be no reduction in the cost of agreed development charges.

Hosting: This cost recurs annually. Hosting places the website on a server connected to the web, which allows you to post a website for viewing through a browser. You are NOT required to host through us, but we strongly PREFER that you do. Hosting comes with domain-based emails, bandwidth, storage space, database and security tools, and other features. Projects that involve custom programming must be hosted with Wixify to ensure the programs that we write will work. If you want to host your site on another server this must be disclosed before we begin programming.

All Wixify payment plans include the hosting fee for a period as stated in the chosen payment plan. Thereafter if a Maintenance plan is included then the domain registration fee for a period as stated in the chosen maintenance plan will be waived else hosting fee will be billable at our current standard rate.

If you provide your own Hosting, there will be no reduction in the cost of agreed development charges.

SSL certificate: This cost recurs annually. All Wixify payment plans include the SSL certificate fee for a period as stated in the chosen payment plan. Thereafter if a Maintenance plan is included then the SSL certificate fee for a period as stated in the chosen maintenance plan will be waived else SSL certificate fee will be billable at our current standard rate.

If you provide your own SSL certificate, there will be no reduction in the cost of agreed development charges.

Email accounts: This cost recurs annually. All Wixify payment plans include Email account for a period as stated in the chosen payment plan. The number of Email accounts shall be as per the chosen payment plan. Thereafter if a Maintenance plan is included then the Email account fee for a period as stated in the chosen maintenance plan will be waived else Email account fee will be billable at our current standard rate.

Additional Email accounts will be billable at Rs.200/- per email account/per year.

Development Process:

Website Template – Wixify provides a number of website templates to choose from. The client is free to choose any one template.

Customisation – Once the client chooses the website template, the Wixify team shall customize each section of the website template and share a link along with section templates for content in each section of the website.

Content – Client shall enter the details in the section templates and email the details to Wixify.

Live Site – Wixify team will replace all section content with the details received from the client and make the site live.

Copy development – Should client wish Wixify to develop content for the site, website copy is billable at our standard rate. Development of copy is accomplished via Wixify Web Development interviewing the client about the topic areas to be addressed on their web pages. Wixify then composes appropriate copy, submits to the client for review, edit, and approval. Approved copy is then posted to the web pages.

Database Implementation – Entry of data for database applications is considered client’s responsibility. Entry of data by Wixify is billable, unless otherwise provided for in customer’s contract.

We provide Free product database upload up to 10 products. Beyond 10 products database upload will be charged as follows:

• 11 to 50: Rs.10 per product
• 51 to 100: Rs.8 per product
• 101 to 250: Rs.6 per product
• Above 250: Rs.5 per product

Website Delivery – We assure the delivery of client’s live site in 48 hours. However, the start time will begin when all section templates duly filled by client is received by Wixify.

Template modification: Cost for full customisation of template is included in all payment plans. However, requests by client to modify the template itself will be billable at our current standard rate and delivery time will be extended.

App Conversion – Our software converts the website to an Android app using webview technology and is not a native app.  However, it can be published on the Play Store. 

Technical Support – We offer 24/7 local and long-distance support to our clients through Calls / WhatsApp / Email.

Domain Transfers and DNS Management:

For domains not originally registered with Wixify, there will be a fee to either transfer to the domain into our registration platform, or to transfer-out to another registrar. If your domain is not registered with Wixify, DNS management and troubleshooting tasks are billable at our standard rate.

Websites Admin Login details:

Wixify may install software for the client’s use that has been built by a third party. Examples include WordPress software, FCK editor software, shopping carts, photo galleries, etc. In these instances, clients will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party who owns the software, and may use the software as a licensee only. No ownership rights of any kind are transferred to the client.

Wixify will share the Admin login access details to the client on expiry of the Payment plan/Website maintenance term

Free Website:

Wixify offers a Free one page website. It will be hosted on a Wixify subdomain. The site will be secured with a SSL certificate. Site maintenance shall be provided for a period of one month after which the user has to opt for any of the paid plans. If the user chooses a multi page template then customisation shall be done for the Home page.

Non-Domain-Based Troubleshooting:

Wixify Web Development maintains and troubleshoots the websites we develop for our clients, as well as any domain-based email accounts of those websites. We do NOT assume responsibility for upkeep or provide non-billable troubleshooting on our clients’ ISPs (Internet Service Providers), ISP-based email accounts (name@charter.net, name@3rivers.net, etc.), your home or office internet connections, or any other non-domain-based issues outside Wixify Web Development’s realm of service. Provision of non-domain-based troubleshooting services will be billable at our standard rate.
