- Domain: The domain will be provided by the client.
- Hosting: The site will be hosted on the client's server.
- SSL certificate: The site will be secured with an SSL certificate.
- Custom Email: One free custom email.
- CMS and programming languages: WordPress, PHP, HTML, and CSS.
- Theme: Shared Betheme and activated.
- Site content: Provided by the client.
- Admin Panel: A client admin panel will be provided for site editing.

Delivery Time: 4 business days.
Site Maintenance: One year for all bug fixes, minor modifications, and smooth functioning of the site. Any major modifications to the site will be billed extra.
Cost:
- E-commerce Website: Rs.10,500/- (all inclusive)
- Shared Theme: Rs.2,500/- (actual cost 60 USD)
- Categories & Products: Wixify will create all categories as per the mega menu and migrate all products from the existing site. Further modifications of categories and products will be done by the client.
Payment Terms:
- Website: 100% payment of Rs.10,500/- on the order confirmation.
- Shared Theme: 100% advance of Rs.2,500/-

Refund Policy: Only under the circumstances of the site not being functional and Wixify is unable to fix the issue within 15 business days of first reporting by the client then under the sole discretion of Wixify, Partial/Full refunds may be issued to the client.
Indemnity:
Wixify's responsibility is limited only to the development of this e-commerce website and its smooth functioning. In no manner whatsoever, Wixify will be answerable to the client's users or government laws related to this order.
Client wholly indemnifies Wixify against all issues/disputes arising with its users or the government laws.
